Ingredients

  • 300 gms Saffola Soya Chaaps
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala powder
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Tandoori masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream as needed
  • Mint and cilantro chutney
  • 5 Roasted roomali rotis

Recipe Instruction

  • Boil the soya chaap for 7-8mins. Drain well.
  • Add cream, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper powder, ginger and garlic paste to the chaap and let it marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree C for 5min. Put the marinated soya chaap in it and air fry for 6-7mins. Turn the side over and apply butter and air fry for 6-7mins.
  • Cut into small pieces and add cream.
  • Spread the roasted roomali roti, apply the green chutney, put the soy chaap mixture, onion rings and fold it into a roll.
  • Roast the roll again in air fryer for 4-5mins and serve
