Add cream, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper powder, ginger and garlic paste to the chaap and let it marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree C for 5min. Put the marinated soya chaap in it and air fry for 6-7mins. Turn the side over and apply butter and air fry for 6-7mins.
Cut into small pieces and add cream.
Spread the roasted roomali roti, apply the green chutney, put the soy chaap mixture, onion rings and fold it into a roll.
Roast the roll again in air fryer for 4-5mins and serve
