1 cup Saffola Soya Chunks, cooked (boiled and squeezed dry)
2 medium-sized Onions, finely sliced
1 medium-sized Tomato, cut into pieces
8-10 Capsicum, thinly sliced
Few cashew nut pieces
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
½ tbsp Garam masala
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
½ tbsp Mustard seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
Recipe Instruction
Heat oil in a kadhai and add half the sliced onion, ginger, garlic. Saute well. Add tomatoes and cashews and saute again. Once done, switch off the flame. Grind to a smooth paste once it cools down and keep aside.
Heat a tbsp of oil again and crackle mustard seeds. Add the remaining half of the sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, capsicum and cook for 5mins.
Add Saffola Soya Chunks and cook it for 5mins.
Add the onion-tomato paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and a little water. Mix and cook on low flame for 5mins.
