Ingredients

  • 6 Saffola Soya Chaaps
  • 1 cup Curd
  • ½ cup Malai
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil

Recipe Instruction

  • Take curd, malai and besan in a bowl and add gingergarlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, chaat masala powder, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
  • Mix everything well and marinate Saffola Soya Chaaps in this mixture.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan over low heat and shallow fry the marinatedchaaps .
  • After few minutes flip and cook on other side. Flip the chaaps 2-3 times for even cooking.
  • Soya chaaps are ready. Serve them with sliced onions
